Common use of Electronic Delivery Clause in Contracts

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Performance RSUs or other awards granted to the Participant under the Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Performance RSUs or other awards granted to the Participant under the Plan an RSU Award by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees and, if requested, to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Performance RSUs and Employee’s participation in the Plan, or other awards future Awards that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means or request Employee’s consent to the Participant under participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Participant Employee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third another third-party designated by the Company.

The Participant Recipient hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line online or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.

The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.
