Electronic Data Liability. For Contractor-hosted information technology products & services (aka software as a service), commercial Electronic Data Liability insurance with minimum limits of $4,000,000 per claim or occurrence. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by the Contractor and shall include, but not be limited to, claims arising out of the loss, loss of use, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or inability to manipulate data.
