Common use of Electronic Contract Clause in Contracts

Electronic Contract. We will send notices to you in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration or posted to your Customer Account Dashboard. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing, and you agree to maintain a valid email address and check your email address and Customer Account Dashboard regularly.
