Electronic Communication Equipment. We may install in the Property such information technology and electronic communication equipment which We reasonably believe will enhance Your ability to communicate with Us and operate the Business from the Property, or would enhance the services that You can provide to Your customers. You will be responsible for the operational costs of this equipment.
