Common use of Electronic Commerce Clause in Contracts

Electronic Commerce. The Parties recognize the growing role of electronic commerce for trade between them. With a view to supporting provisions of this Agreement related to trade in goods and services the Parties undertake to intensify their co-operation on electronic commerce for their mutual benefit. For that purpose the Parties have established the framework contained in Annex XVI.

With in facilitating and expanding trade, shall cooperate to promote the development of electronic commerce with a view to supporting provisions obtaining the maximum benefit of this Agreement the use of electronic commerce. Such cooperation may include, but is not limited to, assisting small and medium enterprises development in electronic commerce sector, enhancing electronic commerce development policy and regulations and addressing challenges related to trade in goods the development and services the Parties undertake to intensify their co-operation on use of electronic commerce for their mutual benefit. For that purpose the Parties have established the framework contained in Annex XVIcommerce.
