This EBI conforms to ANSI guidelines T1:227:1995 and T1.228:1995, Electronic Communications Implementation Committee (ECIC) Trouble Report Format Definition (TFRD) Number 1 as defined in ECIC document ECIC/TRA/95-003, and all guidelines referenced within those documents, as mutually agreed upon by CLEC and PACIFIC. Functions currently implemented will include Enter Trouble, Request Trouble Report Status, Add Trouble Information, Modify Trouble Report Attributes, Trouble Report Attribute Value Change Notification, and Cancel Trouble Report, as explained in 6 and 9 of ANSI T1.228:1995. CLEC and PACIFIC will exchange requests over a mutually agreeable X.25-based network.
