This disclosure statement covers your rights and responsibilities with regard to “electronic fund transfers” as defined by Regulation E of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. “Electronic fund transfers” include Automated Teller Machine (ATM) withdrawals and transfers, Debit Card transactions, direct deposits of Social Security payments, electronic fund transfers resulting from you providing merchants with information obtained from checks or preauthorized debits to your account to pay recurring charges. The term “electronic fund transfers” does not include, and therefore, this disclosure statement does not cover:
