Electricity from Grid Sample Clauses

Electricity from Grid. (a) The Unit Members may from time to time elect to acquire electricity for the Unit from the Grid instead of, or in addition to, electricity made available or procured by Stucco under this agreement. (b) Nothing in this agreement affects, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has no responsibility for, the supply, acquisition, metering or billing of electricity that a Unit Member may from time to time acquire directly from the Grid.
