Sufficient power back up facilities. Designer lobby with premium tiles/marble finish flooring. STAIRCASE Flooring Marble/Kota stones. SECURITY & FIRE PREVANTION Video door phone and intercom facility in each unit. CCTV surveillance in the complex. Fire fighting systems as per recommendation of The Fire & Emergency.
