Electrical Supply. Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining any required electrical power service to its Small Wireless Facilities and Licensee Poles. The City shall not be liable to the Licensee for any stoppages or shortages of electrical power furnished to the Small Wireless Facilities or Licensee Poles, including without limitation, stoppages or shortages caused by any act, omission, or requirement of the public utility serving the structure or the act or omission of any other tenant or Licensee of the structure, or for any other cause beyond the control of the City. Licensee shall not be entitled to any abatement of the annual fee for any stoppage or shortage of electrical power.
