Electric Lines Clause Samples

The Electric Lines clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and use of electrical lines on a property. Typically, it specifies where electric lines may be placed, who is responsible for their upkeep, and any restrictions or permissions required for access or modification. Electric Lines. Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to install any electrical lines so that, following installation of the electrical lines, the land surrounding such lines may be used by the Parties in accordance with the terms of this Lease.
Electric Lines. With respect to the Utility Easement, Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to install any Interconnection Facilities so that, following installation thereof, the land under or over such lines may be used by the Parties in accordance with the terms of this Lease.
Electric Lines. Masts shall not be installed nearer to electric power lines than the total height of the mast and antenna structure above the roof. The purpose of this regulation is to avoid damage to electric power lines if the mast should fall in a storm.
