EHB. (a) An extended health benefits contract will be maintained for all eligible employees covered by this agreement. Effective January 1, 2001 premium payments shall be paid one hundred percent (100%) by the Board. Maximum $500,000 per lifetime per person; and Vision care $200 per person every twenty-four (24) months.
