EFT Fees Clause Samples
The EFT Fees clause defines the charges associated with processing payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). In the future, we may add to or enhance the features of Digital Banking service and by using such added or enhanced features, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

EFT Fees. We reserve the right to charge fees, which you agree to pay, for various EFT services. Refer to our Fee Schedule for specific fees. We reserve the right to change such fees from time to time. We will give you at least 21 days advance written notice before imposing any new fees or increasing the amount of any such fees. When you use an ATM that is not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator and/or by an automated transfer network. We will separately publish a list of machines owned and operated by us from time to time. The number and location of ATMs is subject to change.
