Efficiency and Quality Sample Clauses
The Efficiency and Quality clause sets standards for the level of performance and output expected from a party under a contract. Efficiency and Quality. 9.2.1 The parties are committed to continuously improving efficiency and quality of work and as a consequence the following arrangements will be adopted:
a) Efficient Safe Working Practices and Active Safety Programmes - consistent with our goal of zero safety incidents.
b) Skills Enhancement - to develop/extend an employee’s skills consistent with the productivity and flexibility requirements of the work to be completed and to extend the employees’ competence so he/she can ideally perform the whole task.

4.1.1 Efficient, safe work habits and Active Safety Programs - consistent with our goal of zero injuries.
4.1.2 Skills Enhancement - to develop/extend the employee's skills consistent with the productivity and flexibility requirements of the work to be completed and to extend the employee's competence so he/she can ideally perform the whole task.
4.1.3 Promotion of industrial harmony - by combining effective grievance resolution, consultation with and involvement of employees about their work, and good management practices to prevent disputes.
