Efficiency and Quality. 9.2.1 The parties are committed to continuously improving efficiency and quality of work and as a consequence the following arrangements will be adopted: a) Efficient Safe Working Practices and Active Safety Programmes - consistent with our goal of zero safety incidents. b) Skills Enhancement - to develop/extend an employee’s skills consistent with the productivity and flexibility requirements of the work to be completed and to extend the employees’ competence so he/she can ideally perform the whole task.
