Common use of Effectuate Transfer Clause in Contracts

Effectuate Transfer. Assignor agrees to cooperate with Assignee and to follow Assignee’s instructions in order to effectuate the transfer of the Domain Names registration in a timely manner. Specifically, Transferor agrees to prepare to transmit the necessary Network Solutions registration deletion template and/or correspond with Network Solutions to authorize transfer of the Domain Names.

Effectuate Transfer.
