EFFECTS OR DISABILITY. In the event that the Employee becomes Disabled, as defined in Section 5.1, while he is employed by the Employer then during the period of such Disability or until the end of the period set forth below, whichever period ends first, he shall be compensated as follows: (a) The Employee shall receive his Base Salary for a period of three (3) months. (b) Thereafter, the Employee shall receive fifty percent (50%) of his Base Salary for an additional period of three (3) months. (c) Thereafter, all payments by Employer will cease and this Agreement will be terminated.
