Common use of Effects of Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

Effects of Force Majeure Event. Subject to the requirements set forth in accordance with Clauses 14.2 and 14.3, each Party shall be relieved from liability for non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement (other than any obligation to pay) to the extent that the Party is not able to perform such obligations due to a Force Majeure Event.
