Effectiveness; Release. This Agreement shall become effective at the Effective Time, but not before. If the Effective Time has not occurred within eight days after this Agreement has been executed and delivered by the Executive to the Company, this Agreement will be null and void and of no further force or effect. At the Effective Time, if the Effective Time occurs, the Company will immediately deliver to the Executive a Release of Claims in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B dated as of the date the Executive’s Release of Claims is signed by the Executive and delivered to the Company.
