Common use of Effectiveness; Integration Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness; Integration. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution of a counterpart hereof by each of the parties hereto and receipt by Borrower and Administrative Agent of written or telephonic notification of such execution and authorization of delivery thereof. In the event that any provision of any Exhibit to this Agreement is deemed to conflict with this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement, the other Credit Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Administrative Agent constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
