Common use of Effectiveness; Integration Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness; Integration. This Agreement shall become effective on the date (the "Effective Date") on which the Borrower and the Lender shall have signed a copy hereof (whether the same or different copies) and shall have delivered the same to the Lender at the Notice Office. This Agreement, the other Credit Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Lender, constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof or thereof.
