Effectiveness; Integration. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution of a counterpart hereof by each Credit Party, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Swingline Lender, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders. This Agreement, the other Credit Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Administrative Agent constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
