Common use of Effectiveness; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness; Enforceability. This Guaranty Agreement shall be effective as of the date first above written and shall continue in full force and effect until termination in accordance with Section 22 hereof. Any claim or claims that the Trustee may at any time hereafter have against a Guarantor under this Guaranty Agreement may be asserted by the Trustee on behalf of the Trustee by written notice directed to such Guarantor in accordance with Section 24 hereof.
