Effectiveness and Validity. ​ 1. This Agreement is signed and shall be effective as of the date indicated on commencement herein. This Agreement shall remain effective for twenty (20) years unless it is early terminated in accordance with this Agreement or other related agreements concluded by the Parties. ​ 2.
