Effectiveness and Text. (1) This Agreement and its Annexes shall become effective upon being signed by the Parties or their legal representatives or authorized representatives. (2) This Agreement is made in three (3) copies, with each Party holding one (1) copy, and each copy shall be deemed an original upon being signed and delivered.
