EFFECTIVENESS AND RELIABILITY DIVISION. The Effectiveness and Reliability Division is responsible for directing the oversight process, providing guidance regarding the interpretation of this Policy, establishing necessary thresholds, and establishing check points within EVERTEC and monitoring compliance with this Policy across EVERTEC. This Division is also responsible for the evaluation and approval of exceptions to this Policy and will maintain the list of vendor types exempted from this Policy.
