Common use of Effectiveness and Duration for Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness and Duration for Cooperation. This Agreement shall take effect as of the date of signature and seal by the Parties hereto; this Agreement, upon such effectiveness, shall have automatic retroactive effect from January 1, 2007.
