EFFECTIVE WORK TIME. Management and employees acknowledge that both have a responsibility to improve efficiency and to ensure our competitive position within the marketplace. Employees commit themselves to maximising effective work time by observing the time limits of approved work breaks and by keeping wash and transit times to a minimum, having regard to hygiene requirements and the geographical location of the job.
