Effective Laws. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, and any disputes shall be adjudicated in Lyon County district courts.
Effective Laws. A. All provisions of this Agreement are subject to law. In the event that any provision of this Agreement shall be rendered illegal or invalid under any applicable law, such illegality or invalidity shall affect only that particular provision which shall be deemed of no force or effect, but it shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement or if the application of any provision of this Agreement is contrary to law, then such provision or application shall not be deemed valid and subsisting, except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Rules and Regulations: The Exclusive Representative recognizes that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School Board and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and by School Board rules, regulations, directives, and orders, issued by properly designated officials, to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School Board insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this agreement and recognizes that the School Board, all employees covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the state.
