Common use of Effective Date; Revocation Clause in Contracts

Effective Date; Revocation. You acknowledge and represent that you have been given at least twenty-one (21) days during which to review and consider the provisions of this Release. You further acknowledge and represent that you have been advised by the Company that you have the right to revoke this Release for a period of seven (7) days after signing it (the “Revocation Period”). You acknowledge and agree that, if you wish to revoke this Release, you must do so in writing, signed by you and received by the Company no later than the seventh (7th) day of the Revocation Period. If no such revocation occurs, the Release shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following your execution of this Release.
