Effective Date Opinion of Counsel. On the Effective Date, the Underwriters shall have received the opinion of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Traurig, LLP, counsel to the Company, dated the Effective Date, addressed to the Underwriters and in form and substance satisfactory to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, counsel to the Underwriters. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Traurig, LLP may rely on the opinion of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ with respect to matters of Israeli law.
