EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE AMENDMENTS. The amendments contained in this Amending Agreement shall become effective on September 5, 2006 and shall remain in effect until otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties or upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, whichever occurs first.
