Common use of Effective Date of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option I Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option I Interests, and (iii) Orcutt OPL Option I Interests, shall be February 1, 2008.

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date effective date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option I B Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option I B Interests, and (iii) Orcutt OPL Option I B Interest, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option B Interests, shall be February October 1, 2008.

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date effective date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option I B Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option I B Interests, and (iii) Orcutt OPL Option I B Interest, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option B Interests, shall be February January 1, 20082009.
