Common use of Effective Date of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Amendment. This Amendment shall become effective on the date on which this Amendment has been signed and delivered by or on behalf of the Capital Member and the Managing Member (such date, the “Amendment Effective Date”).

Effective Date of Amendment. This Amendment shall become effective on the date on which this Amendment has been signed and delivered by or on behalf of the Capital Member General Partner and at least Two-Thirds in Interest of the Managing Member Limited Partners (such date, the “Amendment Effective Date”).

Effective Date of Amendment. This Amendment shall become effective on the date on which each of the following has occurred: (a) this Amendment has been signed and delivered by or on behalf the General Partner and all of the Capital Member Limited Partners, (b) the Management Contract has been effectively amended in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3; and (c) the Managing Member distributions contemplated by Section 7 of this Amendment have been received by the Limited Partners (such date, the “"Amendment Effective Date”").

This Amendment No. 3 shall become effective on the date on which this Amendment No. 3 has been signed and delivered by or on behalf the General Partner and all of the Capital Member and the Managing Member Limited Partners (such date, the “Amendment No. 3 Effective Date”).
