Common use of Effective Date; Notes Clause in Contracts

Effective Date; Notes. (i) The Effective Date shall have occurred --------------------- as provided in Section 13.10 and (ii) there shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of each of the Banks the appropriate Revolving Note executed by the Borrower and to the Swingline Bank, the Swingline Note executed by the Borrower, in each case in the amount, maturity and as otherwise provided herein.
