Effective Date; Notes. The Effective Date shall have occurred as provided in Section 12.10 and there shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of each of the Lenders that has requested the same at least five (5) Business Days in advance, the appropriate Term Note executed by the Borrower in the amount, maturity and as otherwise provided herein.
