EFFECTIVE DATE NOTE. At 88 FR 19854, Apr. 4, 2023, § 199.2 was amended in paragraph (b) by adding in alphabetical order definitions for ‘‘Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)’’, ‘‘Cancer hospital’’, and ‘‘Children’s hos- pital’’, effective Oct. 1, 2023. For the conven- ience of the user, the added and revised text is set forth as follows:
