Common use of Effective Date for Wage Increases Clause in Contracts

Effective Date for Wage Increases. The Company agrees to grant scheduled wage increases specified in their appropriate schedules in accordance with the time intervals and amounts provided in such schedules, subject to the following conditions: A. Wage progression/step increases will be effective based on the service anniversary date for active, full time employees and based on date last given for part time employees after the employee has worked 1040 hours.
