Common use of Effective Date Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Deliveries. On the Effective Date, the Company shall have delivered to the Representatives executed copies of the Escrow Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Warrant Agreement, the Service Agreement, all of the Insider Letters, the Subscription Agreement and a lock-up letter from the Sponsor, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1, and from each of the Directors/Officers and Initial Stockholders other than the Sponsor, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2.

Effective Date Deliveries.
