Effective Date and Termination Date. This Agreement, after it is executed by Borrower, shall be effective upon the date upon which it is signed by Bank. Unless this Agreement is terminated earlier under Sections 11.3 or 11.4 or renewed as provided in Section 11.2, this Agreement shall terminate on October 31, 2011.
