Common use of Effective Date and Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Termination Date. This Contract shall be in full force and effect from April 01, 2021 through December 31, 2021 unless terminated earlier through the paragraph entitled Termination (under General terms and conditions) or unless extended by the City Department Head signing this contract.
