Common use of Effective Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effective Agreements. As of each applicable Servicing Date, the Transaction Agreements shall be in full force and effect and Servicer shall have complied in all material respects with the covenants, conditions, and agreements applicable to it under the Transaction Agreements.
