Common use of Effective Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effective Agreements. Agreements in effect prior to the effective date of this Rules Agreement, as revised, including National Agreements in connection with Wages, Vacations, Holidays, and other National Agreements to which the Parties signatory to this Rules Agreements are a part, as well as the contents of agreed-upon Circulars, Memoranda of Agreement and Letters of Agreement not in conflict with this Rules Agreement shall continue to remain in effect unless and until changed in accordance with the Railway Labor Act, as amended. This Agreement shall become effective June 1, 2013 unless otherwise indicated, and shall continue in effect unless and until changed in the manner prescribed by the Railway Labor Act, as amended.
