Common use of Effective Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effective Agreements. As of each applicable Transfer Date, the applicable Private Investor Agreements and applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreements shall be in full force and effect. As of each applicable Transfer Date, the Transaction Agreements shall be in full force and effect and Servicer shall have complied in all material respects with the covenants, conditions, and agreements applicable to it under the Transaction Agreements.

Effective Agreements. As of each applicable Transfer Date, the applicable Private Investor Agreements and applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreements shall be in full force and effect. As of each applicable Transfer Date, the Transaction Agreements shall be in full force and effect and Servicer Subservicer shall have complied in all material respects with the covenants, conditions, and agreements applicable to it under the Transaction Agreements.
