Common use of Effect on the Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect on the Indenture. 4.1 On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Indenture to "this Indenture", "this Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof", "herein" or words of like import, and all references to the Indenture in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and nature shall be deemed to mean and be a reference to the Indenture as amended hereby. The Indenture and other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
