Effect on Products Clause Samples
Effect on Products. If this Agreement is terminated, then (i) Your rights to use any previously obtained Products will survive in accordance with the applicable Partner Product Terms or UiPath Product Terms; and (ii) Your rights and access to the UiPath Marketplace will terminate, unless otherwise described in this Agreement.
Effect on Products. LSI and its Subsidiaries will have the option to refuse delivery of affected Products, cancel any outstanding Orders for the affected Product, and/or return for a cash refund all defective Products and any Products that may be susceptible to the Epidemic Failure. In addition, to the extent the Products still exist as stand-alone components, LSI may return to SCI all defective Products and any Products that may be susceptible to the same failure. The amounts for Products paid or that would have been paid by LSI (or a Subsidiary of LSI) pursuant to an Order for which delivery is refused or the Order is cancelled by LSI (or its Subsidiary) pursuant to this Section 11.2 will be deemed to be Qualified Purchases. LSI will use commercially reasonable efforts to place other Orders for other Products to an equivalent purchase price amount within the Revenue Commitment Period [*].

Effect on Products. Please note that cancelling your Look Cloud Self-Monitoring Service won't affect your ownership of any Look products that you've purchased from us, or your obligation to pay for them, and we'll be under no obligation to accept their return, or provide any credit or refund for them.
