This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes any prior employment agreement between the Association or any predecessor of the Association and Executive, except that this Agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit, compensation, tax indemnification or other provision inuring to the benefit of Executive under any agreement between Executive, the Association or the Company. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to mean that Executive is subject to receiving fewer benefits than those available to him without reference to this Agreement.

No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to mean that Executive is subject to receiving fewer benefits than those available to him her without reference to this Agreement.

No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to mean that the Executive is subject to receiving fewer benefits than those available to him under the Company's benefit plans without reference to this Agreement.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes any prior employment agreement between the Association Institution or any predecessor of the Association Institution and ExecutiveExecutive (including, but not limited to, the Employment Agreement dated August 15, 1996 between the Executive and the Institution), except that this Agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit, compensation, tax indemnification benefit or other provision compensation inuring to the benefit Executive of Executive under any agreement between Executive, the Association or the Companya kind elsewhere provided. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to mean that Executive is subject to receiving fewer benefits than those available to him without reference to this Agreement.
