Effect On Base Rate Advances. If notice has been given pursuant to Section 2.6(a) or Section 2.6(b) requiring LIBOR Advances of a Lender to be repaid or converted, then unless and until Agent notifies Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment no longer apply, all Advances shall be Base Rate Advances. If Agent notifies Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment no longer apply, Borrower may thereafter select Advances from such Lender to be LIBOR Advances in accordance with Section 2.3(c) of this Agreement.
