Common use of Effect On Base Rate Advances Clause in Contracts

Effect On Base Rate Advances. If notice has been given pursuant to SECTION 9.1, 9.2 or 9.3 hereof suspending the obligation of a Lender to make LIBOR Advances, or requiring LIBOR Advances of a Lender to be repaid or prepaid, then, unless and until the Lender notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment no longer apply, all Advances which would otherwise be made by such Lender as LIBOR Advances shall be made instead as Base Rate Advances.
