Common use of Effect of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Effect of Transfer. (a) After a Service Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the Contracts.

Effect of Transfer. (a) After a Service Servicing Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the Contracts.

(a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts Loans and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 8.03 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the ContractsLoans.

(a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts and Loans as Servicer hereunder and, subject to Section 8.03(d), the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 8.03 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments Collections upon or otherwise in connection with the ContractsCollateral.

(a) After a Service Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section SECTION 8.04 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the Contracts.

Effect of Transfer. (a) After a Service Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts and the Successor Replacement Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 [___] shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Replacement Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Replacement Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the Contracts.

Effect of Transfer. (a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further rights or obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 8.03 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the Contracts.

(a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts Loans and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 8.03 shall have all of such 105 obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the ContractsLoans.

Effect of Transfer. (a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts Loans and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 shall 8.03 shall, subject to Section 8.03, have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the ContractsLoans.

Effect of Transfer. (a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody servicing or collection of the Contracts and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 8.03 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the Contracts.

Effect of Transfer. 8.5 (a) After a Service Servicer Transfer, the terminated Servicer shall have no further obligations with respect to the management, administration, servicing, custody or collection of the Contracts Loans and the Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 8.04 8.3 shall have all of such obligations, except that the terminated Servicer will transmit or cause to be transmitted directly to the Successor Servicer for its own account, promptly on receipt and in the same form in which received, any amounts (properly endorsed where required for the Successor Servicer to collect them) received as payments upon or otherwise in connection with the ContractsLoans.
