Common use of Effect of Termination or Reduction Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination or Reduction. Each termination or reduction of Subcommitments of a Class with respect to a Borrower made pursuant to paragraph (b) of this Section shall (i) be made ratably among the Lenders in accordance with their respective Subcommitments of such Class with respect to such Borrower and (ii) result in a permanent termination of Commitments in an amount equal to the Subcommitments so terminated or reduced. Each Lender authorizes and instructs the Administrative Agent to, concurrently with and immediately after the effectiveness of any termination or reduction of Subcommitments pursuant to paragraph (b) of this Section, amend Schedule I to reflect the aggregate amount of each Lender’s aggregate Commitments and such Lender’s Subcommitments with respect to each Borrower.
